All items in our store are 100% authentic, we work very hard to procure each item and do our best to maintain a consistent relationship with the original brand/manufacturer. We meticulously document every purchase with the original brand manufacturer and can authenticate each and every item we sell online and at our retail store.

Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased through may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order's ship date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated via our self-service Returns Portal.

We issue STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR ALL CHROME HEARTS ITEMS. Original Refund Method All Kids/Women Items that are not final sale and include FREE FedEx 1-2Day ® shipping (USA +$99, International +$149 FedEx 3-5Day) and FREE RETURNS 30 days after the purchase of your order provided the original ANTI-WARDROBING Tamper Proof Tags are still attached. All sale items, discounted merchandise, select chrome hearts special order jewelry, bikinis, hats, headwear, under garments, face masks, food/edible items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Crown Forever does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in good order while providing a valid tracking number. ALL ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURNS


  • For Kids/Women's Brands Orders We will provide you with a Free USPS return label.

  • For Chrome Hearts Orders/ You must use your own method of return shipping. We cannot provide a return label due to the high cost to insure the item on the return.

  • Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

  • Please note that if you do not use our return label, Crown Forever is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.

  • Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in our Returns Portal. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will not be processed — no exceptions.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.

  • We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.

  • Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.

  • Should your item arrive damaged, please contact within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue and clear photo(s) of the damage.

  • a 25% restock fee will be deducted any Chrome Hearts orders over 5 items have been approved for return.

Payments and Charges

Due to new environment during these unprecedented times, for your security and ours we're adding an additional layer of security after your order is confirmed, verifying all orders are legitimate. Crown Forever reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our efforts to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of your order in total cost.

Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to any California address:

  • - California State and County Local Sales Tax 

  • - All other countries are subject to their own duty and/or tariffs.

In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

When ordering goods from Crown Forever for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, Crown Forever is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Crown Forever cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.

Shipping Information

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes, or APO boxes, whether for domestic or international orders. 

Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Items

You understand and agree that Crown Forever shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We ship everything all chrome hearts orders with adult 21 and over signature and insurance coverage. Crown Forever will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed and will file an insurance investigation claim on your behalf. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the Fedex and or shipping company.

Pre-orders / Special Orders

Preorders and Special Orders give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before it arrives to our warehouse. When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order. Please note that the preorder delivery date is the date we expect the item in our warehouse. Upon receipt to our warehouse we ship the item to you. This date is an estimated date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credits only that can be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

Fraud Prevention / Card Holder Verification:

To protect our business against fraudulent orders you order may be verified for fraud. We work with the best AI fraud software so they that they may  verify that the cardholder authorized the transaction and make sure the order is not fraudulent or a stolen credit card. Sadly online fraud is very common and we must protect our business by making sure all orders are valid before shipping. If your order is flagged we will contact you directly for verification and the order will be placed ON HOLD until verification is received.

Reasons for verification required may include but are not limited to:

-Different shipping address than the verified billing address
-Billing address not an exact match to what your bank has on file (street address and/or zip)
-High Dollar amount orders
-Different names on the shipping / billing addresses
-Different billing shipping / billing addresses

We have state of the art A.I. fraud filters built into our checkout system and it checks your billing information against what your bank has on file among many other variables including previous fraudulent activities conducted under your name, ip address, email. If the billing address is not a match we will require verification. If your billing address is a match and your shipping address is a different location we may ask for verification. We can only verify the billing address with the fraud filter tools and if we take the risk to ship to a non verified address we will make sure it's authorized by the cardholder before doing so.

Upon receipt of cardholder verification we will immediately discard and delete your photo verification and mark your account as verified to prevent further inconvenience. Purchases made through the Crown Forever Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

Address Verification/alternate Shipping Address

Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit. 

Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity. 

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.
